Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday except out of season when other arrangements can be made. |

Incoming visitors are asked not to arrive before 2.30 p.m. on the day of arrival and to vacate by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure so we have time to ensure all is ready for incoming visitors. | |

A deposit of £70 per week is required to confirm a booking, the balance of the rent to be paid six weeks prior to arrival. |

From Helston to Menifters is about 12 miles. From Helston make your way to St Keverne. When you arrive at St Keverne square, with the White Hart on your left, take the left hand road Porthhallow. After about half a mile take the second left hand turning to New Town and Manaccan. Continue for a further mile and take the first right hand turning to Manaccan and St Anthony. We are about a mile further on - as you come down the hill and see the beautiful view of Falmouth Bay, we are the next house on the left. Do take care, as the roads are very narrow in places. |
